COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT - MINI POLICE ROAD SAFETY EVENT – BEEVER PRIMARY SCHOOL

On 26/03/26 St Mary’s Policing Team attended Beever Primary School for the and carried out Road Safety activity with year 5/6 Mini Police Officer. This was excellent intervention with all young people playing their part throughout the day. The day started with Mini Police Officers receiving a Road Safety Awareness input, then carried out a speed gun exercise. In the afternoon they assisted year one students in crossing the road by using the Green Cross Code method. The day finished with Mini Police Team delivering an assembly to all key stage 1 students with regards to what they had learned throughout the day.
